Pick one item from your vision and sharpen it. Print one copy of this page per goal.

S — Specific.

What exactly do you want to accomplish? Describe the specific outcome you're aiming for.

M — Measurable.

How will you measure progress? What numbers, milestones, or indicators will tell you you're on track?

A — Achievable.

What makes this goal realistic? What resources, skills, or support do you need to make it happen?

R — Relevant.

Why does this goal matter to you right now? How does it connect to your bigger vision?

T — Time-bound.

What is your target deadline? What milestones will you hit along the way, and by when?

Goals stick when they're connected to something deeper. Answer what resonates; skip what doesn't.

Why does this goal matter to you at a deep level? What value does it represent?

Who else benefits when you achieve this goal? How does it ripple outward?

Imagine you've achieved it. What does a typical day look like? How do you feel?

What legacy or impact do you want this to have on your life or community?
