What we collect

When you create an account we collect your email address, first name, and a password (or, if you sign in with Google, the email and name your Google account shares with us — we never see your Google password).

As you use the app, we store the content you create: vision board images and captions, goals and your answers to the clarifying questions, skills, action plans, and reflections. This content is private to your account — we never publish it, except for goal pages you explicitly choose to share via a share link.

How we use it

Your data is used to run the product: showing you your own boards, goals, and plans, and sending you account emails such as password resets. We do not sell your personal data or your goal content to anyone, ever.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and a CSRF cookie to protect forms. Where analytics or advertising are enabled, Google Analytics and Google AdSense may set their own cookies — see Google's policies for details on how they process data.

Third-party services

  • Google Sign-In — optional authentication.
  • Unsplash — image search for vision boards; your search terms are sent to Unsplash.
  • Google Cloud — hosting and storage for uploaded images.
  • Google Analytics / AdSense — usage analytics and advertising, where enabled.
  • Stripe — payment processing for purchases (we never see or store your card number).
  • Print partners — if you order a printed poster, we share your shipping name and address with the print lab so they can deliver it.

Affiliate links

Some outbound links (for example, course or book recommendations) may be affiliate links. Clicking one may set a cookie from that retailer and earn us a commission at no extra cost to you.

Your rights & deletion

You can ask us at any time to export or permanently delete your account and everything in it. Email support@visionsandgoals.com from your account email address and we'll complete the request within 30 days.
